‘Find a Trainer’ service from JB Personal Training

JB Personal Training is based in Newhaven and will cover the majority of East Sussex. If you live outside the area or in another part of the country then JB Personal Training can still help you to find a qualified personal trainer in your area.

All personal trainers we contact will be fully insured and members of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s).
You can also check a personal trainers’ professional status by going to the REP’s official website at www.exerciseregister.org and entering their name.

When we successfully find you a personal trainer, ask to see their certificates, qualifications and insurance. Your trainer should be more than happy to expose these documents to you.
