the gym to you!
So
if you’re not keen on going to the gym,
or you just don’t want to have to travel
there….. We’ll bring the gym to
you!
Swiss balls, steps, free-weights, resistance
bands, boxing pads and skipping ropes are just
some of the pieces of equipment we use and bring
to you in order to make your workouts effective,
motivating and most importantly, fun.
Aerobics
and Step Aerobics have been a huge success with
new-comers and experienced exercisers alike,
wow, your own one to one aerobics session in
your home.
Don’t
worry if you haven’t got loads of room,
we can make do with what space you do have with
different types of equipment and exercises.

Most
people begin their new fitness regime and first
session with a full fitness assessment to benchmark
their fitness level, this is also a great way
to assess any areas that may need working on
that you are unaware of.
Fitness
assessments are totally optional and we won’t
make anybody take part if they wish not to do
so. From
there on, we will plan, deliver and manage a
specific and effective personalised fitness
programme. The amount of sessions per week you
decide to have is entirely your choice, the
more sessions per week the more likely you are
to really achieve your fitness goals.
Many
customers see great results very quickly with
2 sessions per week, including a home workout
of their own in between each session.
