weight back on, and some more so than when they

Losing
weight is not rocket science
The
only way to effectively lose weight is to reduce
your calorific intake (the amount you eat) and
increase your calorific expenditure (the amount
of exercise you do or the amount of calories you
burn).
But
we must change our eating habits by choosing healthier
options if we are to succeed in losing weight.
Each of us needs a certain amount of calories
every day just to survive and stay alive, this
is known as our BMR (basal metabolic rate). Depending
on how active we are determines how many extra
calories on top of our BMR we need.
