On-Line Trainer
The
On-Line Trainer from JB Personal Training is a great
way to stay in touch with your own personal trainer
without having to leave the comfort of your own
home or comitting yourself to booked appointments.
Your personal fitness regimes, nutrition & weight
management plans, updates and advice are sent to
you via your email.
If you do not have access to email then an alternative
arrangement can be made.
How
does it work?
1.
Initially, you will contact JB Personal Training
by email or phone to confirm that you want to take
up the service. Giving your appropriate details.
2.
You will then be sent via email or post a set of
forms to complete, or you can download them, your
choice.
In order to advise you on exercise and healthy eating,
first we need to find out everything about your
fitness and diet habits and any medical conditions
that may have an effect on your programme and what
you want to achieve.
3.
When you recieve the forms, you must take your time
to read over them carefully and complete them with
absolute honesty, remember to give as much information
as possible.
4.
On completion, and once you are satisfied with your
answers, you send all paperwork back to JB Personal
Training with payment by cheque. The address will
be given to you via email. (If you send paperwork
back by email, your programme will not be sent to
you until payment is made)
5.
Once we recieve your paperwork back, we will put
your action plan together. Please remember that
everyone is different and therefore we cannot state
here, what the fitness and diet plan will entail.
Please allow 7 working days before your programme
is sent to you from the time we recieve your paperwork.
How
often should I need to use this service?
Ideally
every month or every 4-6 weeks. Here's why;
In order to achieve our goals in fitness and well-being,
we must produce a more than normal amount of stress/physical
exertion on our cardiovascular and musculature systems
whilst exercising. The human body is very clever
in the way that it has an ability to cope with and
adapt to certain physical stresses that we place
upon and demand from it. That physical stress is
called "overload", with overload comes
progression, and that's how we achieve our goals.
If we stick with the same programme, our body will
adapt initially, but will soon reach a plateau where
it is no longer being placed under any extra stress,
therefore we reach a standstill and no longer progress
to make any further gains. For this reason, we must
either modify or intensify our training programme
every 4-6 weeks in order to maintain overload and
continually progress towards reaching our goals.

be notified and given an estimate time for completion
