At JB Personal Training we are dedicated to working with men and women, young and old, who are involved in any kind of physical sport, whether it’s for fun, recreational purposes or for the more serious competitive individual.

The benefits of sports men and women working with a personal trainer are massive and can make a huge difference to your sport or game.
You may be a novice at the high jump or a pro at basketball, JB Personal Training can help to improve the different aspects of your fitness that relate exactly to your sport and mimic those actions through effective exercises and sport conditioning drills.

By observing your sport in action and analysing every single physical aspect of it, we will develop a training programme that is 100 percent specific to you and your sport, including training to improve the motor skills that are required within it, for example, working on speed, co-ordination, balance, reaction time and agility.

Even if you are a seasonal sportsperson, we can develop a programme for you that will keep you active and in shape throughout the year during the ‘off season’ period and at your best during ‘in season’ or competition time.

JB Personal Training aim to work with sports men and women to improve their specific fitness needs for their sport. In no way do we aim to take the place of a coach, nor do we ‘coach’ an individuals sport. We can work alongside your coach if you have one, but JB Personal Training delivers sports ‘conditioning’ for individuals and athletes and not coaching.
