would like to say what a help it has been to have
Justin as a Personal
Trainer, setting objectives, working alongside,
and helping you choose a
type of exercise that suits you and suits your lifestyle.
I have given
up trying to keep going to the gym as there are
always other demands on
the time, but with Justin booked in to meet up with
you, either at your
house or outdoors for a run, it makes you keep up
your good resolutions.

the past I have always hated exercise and struggled
to maintain any regular exercise routine for more
than a month or so at a time.

who I found very approachable and supportive, and
to my surprise I have now been exercising regularly

help and professional advice has enabled me to concentrate
on a fitness plan properly without getting bored
or lose motivation after the first week. I am pleased
to say that I have now lost over 2 stone since I
started.
